(Hint: It’s not mystical, dramatic, or complicated… but it is powerful.)

I used to think intuition was for only for super-human people...
You know — Zen masters, gurus, Jedi knights, or wise old wizards like Gandalf.
People who can catch a teacup mid-air or sense danger before it happens.

So it took me a long time to really acknowledge the truth:
I’m a highly intuitive person.
And so are you.

Intuition isn’t a rare gift reserved for the spiritually elite.
It’s part of being human.
It’s as natural as breathing.
But just like the breath, we often ignore it, control it, or lose connection to it under stress.

The truth is, intuition can’t be destroyed.
Even if you’ve spent years overthinking, doubting yourself, or numbing out — it’s still there.
Waiting.
Quiet.
Patient.
Always available when you’re ready to listen again.

So What Is Intuition, Really?

Let me tell you what it’s not:
• It’s not logic.
• It’s not fear.
• It’s not the loud, panicked voice in your head.
• And it’s definitely not your trauma talking.

These days, with AI tools like ChatGPT, it might seem like intuition is just advanced pattern recognition. But that’s not intuition — that’s high-speed analysis.

True intuition is infinitely deeper.
It transcends logic.
It isn’t bound by time or space.
It comes from your body, your heart, and your subconscious knowing.

It’s the quiet whisper that says,
“This feels off.” “Don’t go there.” “I trust this.” “I don’t know why… I just know.”

What Interferes With Your Intuition?

It’s easier to talk about what blocks intuition than how to develop it.
Because honestly, intuition is already there.
You don’t build it.
You unblock it.

Here are some of the biggest blocks I see in my clients:
• Overthinking
• Emotional triggers
• Unprocessed grief or trauma
• Judgment (of yourself or others)
• Needing to be right
• Arrogance
• Anxiety
• Addictions (to drama, people, or even “healing”)
• Trying to please or impress others
• Chronic Anger
• Caring too much about what others think

Any of these sound familiar?

These patterns cloud your inner signal. They pull you out of your body and into your head. And the more you’re stuck in your head, the harder it is to hear that subtle, wise, intuitive voice inside.

When to Trust Your Intuition (and When to Wait)

Here’s a simple rule:
If your intuition says “NO”?
Trust it. Walk away. You don’t need to wait for more evidence.
If your intuition says “YES”?
Great. But don’t hand over your whole heart just yet.

A clear YES doesn’t mean “this is your soulmate.” It means “explore this.” See how this person or path shows up over time. Let them earn your trust.

This is especially important for women healing from relationship traumas.
Because when your heart is craving safety, affection, or love — it’s easy to confuse peace with destiny.

So here’s what I suggest:
Let your intuition lead, but let life confirm.
Time. Consistency. Integrity. Emotional safety.
These are the things that turn a “maybe” into a green light.

Your intuition is wise.
It’s not dramatic.
It doesn’t push or pull.
It simply knows.

If you’ve struggled to trust yourself after betrayal, heartbreak, or the confusion of a painful relationship — you’re not broken.
You’re healing.
And with every step, you’re clearing the static and reconnecting to the deeper guidance that was always there.

Take a breath.
Get back in your body.
And listen to the subtle feelings. Every time you stop and listen deeply -- you're training yourself to hear your own inner signal - and it grows stronger.

The more you listen, the more you know.

With trust and truth,
Your friend and coach,
Ben
